The Whiffenpoof Song - The Statler Brothers - Flowers On The Wall (Vinyl, LP, Album)

If you can never get enough true crime The Piketon Massacre. On the night of April 21, in rural Piketon, Ohio - eight members of the Rhoden family were viciously murdered execution style in their homes.

The rest of the album is just as nice with a good mixture of standards, then-recent favorites, and a few originals. Every track sports the classic Statler harmonies and any fan of the group will love this CD. My only complaint, and why I didn't give it 5 stars, was that half of song 11 is on track So track 11 starts in the middle of the song!

These things happen, I guess, but I wish Ranwood would have corrected this error before the CD was released.

I remember this song as a kid and it has been in my mind all these years.

It is a country and western song sung by the Statler Brothers. As far as country songs go this has to be one of my favorites of that era. I'm sure most of the people my age and older remember this oldie. If you like the Statler Brother's music this is a great song to have in your music collection. I would suggest buying it if you are a fan of the Statler Brother's music.
